What is Raw Honey?
Raw honey is 100% real, natural honey, Alfa Bees Raw honey is only strained before it's bottled, which means it retains most of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that it naturally contains.
Raw honey contains pollen and propolis, pollen contains antioxidants and has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving properties. Bee propolis, a glue-like substance that honey bees use to build their hives has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal effects.
